Problem: Sony aimed to establish the PS5 as the platform of preference for Monster Hunter Wilds, capitalising on the game’s anticipated release to drive console sales among gamers.


  • Solution: The ‘Go Wild Together’ campaign — a cinematic film that served as a rallying cry for hunters to unite on the PS5 platform. The narrative showcased four players coming together, emphasising the enhanced multiplayer experience and immersive capabilities unique to the PS5.

Results: The campaign reinforced PS5's profile among gaming communities. Monster Hunter Wilds achieved remarkable success, selling over 8 million copies globally within the first three days of release, making it Capcom’s fastest-selling title to date.
